At TrueNorth Apparel, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. Below, we clearly outline our return policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns may only be requested after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing the item is not allowed.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@truenorth-apparel.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets all return conditions, a refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability & Address Accuracy

TrueNorth Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed packages when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
