At TrueNorth Apparel, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This page outlines our shipping and delivery policies to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. An order is considered shipped once a valid tracking number has been issued.
Please note that tracking updates may take several business days to appear while the parcel is being processed within the carrier’s network.
Estimated Delivery Time
Due to exceptionally high demand, some of our most popular styles may require 10–21 business days for delivery.

Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers, including fulfillment partners located outside of Canada.
Because shipments may originate internationally, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
TrueNorth Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded by TrueNorth Apparel or PayPal.
Once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally. Filing a dispute directly with PayPal before contacting us may delay the resolution process.
